CONSIDERATION/ACTION: Seeking Board of Supervisors approval of comments to be submitted to Bureau of Land Management regarding the Environmental Assessment for Livestock Grazing Authorization and Wild Horse Appropriate Management Level Establishment for the Massacre Lakes Allotment and Herd Management Area.
